I went to school and played with my friends and learned my shapes and colors. I got a scratch on my back when playing outside. Mom tried to clean it off at first thinking it was dirt...silly Mom. I'm a little daredevil nowadays. My favorite tricks are jumping off this. Sometimes I jump on to the floor and sometimes I try to jump to another object. My favorite is jumping from my Superman chair to the couch. I even move my chair further away to make it harder. Dad's been rather impressed with my skills. After school Mom took me to the track at the high school behind our house where Dad was running. He was running very fast, but I think if I try real hard I can beat him. Then Mom and I went home and started cooking. We made pasta with cucumbers and shrimp. I helped Mom clean the vegetables and I helped sample some fruit (I love bananas, notice they didn't quite make it to my dinner plate). Then I mainly just supervised, every now and then yelling out that I was "Hungry" which means faster.
After dinner Mom and I read some books, Despereaux and The Backyardigans "We love a Luau". I also got a special treat...an oreo. One for Riley. I gave one to Mom.
I also gave one to Dad, though he was a little busy taking a picture. Then it was off to bed.
