Getting ready to make Easter cookies with Riley

We will see how messy we all get.

Here's a sneak peek at what we are making. They are cookies from a recipe at rfak.org. We are trying out allergy free cookies, so all Riley's friends can enjoy them. (Note: We used a banana instead of shortening and a lemon cake mix instead of white. The cookies turned out great. Healthy and allergy free cookies that taste good, it's quite the conundrum.)
